Vacation Bible School 2010! High Seas Expedition: Exploring the Mighty Love of God

Our Vacation Bible School is on the horizon! This will be held on June 13-17 from 6:00-8:30 p.m. Volunteers are still needed for Recreation and Games, Pre-school, decoration, and we also need Crew Leaders. If you are willing to serve, please call the church office at 254-699-0529.

Wednesday Dinner Fellowship

Dinner prior to church activities will be provided on Wednesday nights. Dinner will be served at 5:45 p.m., followed by a joint prayer time at 6:15 p.m. Regular Bible studies will start at 6:30 p.m. for adults and youth. The suggested contribution is $3.00 for adults. Everyone is invited to come! The dinner is complimentary to guests and visitors.

Student Life Youth Camp

Attention parents! We will be attending a different camp this year, Student Life Camp, at the University of North Texas in Denton. Ben Stuart will be the camp speaker while Tenth Ave. North will lead in worship.

Here are the amounts and deadline dates:

• $150 – due by June 1st
• $100 – due by July 7th

“Army of One” Preteen Camp

Preteen camp is geared for students who have completed 3rd grade until 5th grade. This year, we will be attending the “Army of One” preteen camp at Mt. Lebanon Baptist Encampment in Cedar Hill, TX. The total amount of $170 is due by May 16th.
